The book is an excellent purchase for all in the clinical training, while useful for people just starting Ward, train and retain an outstanding contribution not only for recent years and you uptodate Ward Master at work.
I appreciate my last year of medical school in Portugal and even how straithfoward, information is organized: You can improve at the same time you diangnosing factual knowledge and the way you think when you see a person require a new diagnosis. This last point is what makes the book stand out from the crowd. Even the approach based on evidence is very interesting and useful in a />

This book is very well designed and written. Each chapter begins with a common symptom, a case and step by step, expanding the story little by little. It provides all the necessary information and confirmatory testing history. This book is a wonderful tool for those who practice medicine. It teaches you how to begin to approach a medical problem and how to close your diagnosis. The only problem is that it does not have many common symptoms in this book. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next edition. I recommend this book for medical students and medical residents.

I bought this book, while the school PA and used as a great refresher / reference in my first year in practice. It is through case studies do not discuss key issues for the differential diagnosis and things not to miss. I will always be the best of each chapter of the reading of “assets” aloud to admit – if I learn better with this style, and tend. In total, the cases tend to stay with you and are presented in a logical order, so informative.
Is the only slight negative that five of the chapters are online, that is, you must download the site and they are not included in the book itself. Child of a bummer. But still very informative, especially dermatology and maintenance intervals of health.
This is really a great book for any student clinic and I am more than willing to recommend it to all students. It is worth the price

This book takes you through different scenarios really, every chapter to complain about a boss, as the “backache” headaches base “, etc. There are many scenarios and each differential diagnosis is discussed detailed presentation of characters and symptoms to treatment and prognosis. I am a student and Pennsylvania use for my patients in the standardized clinical encounters years before rotation began. I will definitely use this during my years clinical practice to refresh some of the most anticipated of the medical world.
